You know what, I wasn't certain about the gimmick at first, it was very easy to get turned around (i essentially played this game lost the whole time, hehe), but the ending really was a perfect bow on top of it. Great work

Very lovely sound design + graphics, its got a sweet, storybook quality. I find it interesting that the controls dont list the arrow keys at all, since thats what i used to walk around. I'm not able to leave the starting room (left clicking w a mouse / two finger tapping w a laptop dont do anything ;-; ) so maybe I'll try to come back to this later, but it has a lot of lovely potential :)

Thank you for letting me know about the arrow keys! I added them to the desc. I checked the exit room thing and im not sure why it wasnt working for you, sorry ;-;
I dont know how you were playing, but there is an invisible hotspot at the bottom strip of each room, which brings you back to the chapter page when you click it with the arrow/interact cursor. I just updated the desc to specify!

Thank you for letting me know about this stuff, I really appreciate it !!! (^^)o

Lovely, simple, classic. Does what it needs to do without being too complicated. Very easy to just go with the flow without worrying about missing out on anything.

what a lovely little story ;-;

Playing this 7-year old game thru the NG player works perfectly! I love being in control of the speed, and the patrol bot time limit adds just the right amount of stress :)

the design is fun and there's a lot of heart in this game, but having to restart the entire game or a lengthy chatting session because the game froze, or because the character got stuck on an asset, or because there was one pixel poking out behind a clothing stand, or because it's stopped reading my buttons is making it hard to appreciate.

reeeeally enjoyed this, more than i thought. one thing i really like is this had the right amount of micromanaging to me. i could intuit the path i needed to take by looking at the enemies and weapons without keeping the exact numbers in mind. i think this meant it was easy to understand how the different pieces interacted really well! great design work, and the song is sooo cool and such an earworm! good job cinnamon xD

fantastic, the gritty, super dithered textures really help with the ambience. very straightforward and effective, figuring out how to access the basement was fun.. like.. something lurks on the horizon. and the way the game speaks to me once youve been defeated enough times... creepy and strangely rewarding!

I can never finish games like this, but I finished this one!! I'm so glad! I think, sometimes, it's hard to get a good balance between "this is challenging" and "i can definitely pull this off" and you did a great job with this lil game.. I got some lag towards the end but it honestly just made it easier for me to focus on what's going on, and i got to listen to the last boss music longer because of it, so I guess its a bonus xD Great job everyone, it was simple, fun, easy to see what was going on, and the colours were super vivid and great too :)

Its always so wonderful when you have a new upload. I love getting through the main story and then going "ok. Now where are the secret Hell Levels". There's so much secret fun here that I can honestly say this is a fantastic addition to my night. I'm getting a bit too much lag to effectively do endless mode, but youve always done such a great job with atmosphere and and sound design that I can have a blast playing and replaying this and other games in your catalogue over and over. Great work, as usual :D

edit: i finished... the game.... oh my god... there is so much in here... good night
